Voltage, „window-mode” relay
Voltage relay intended to be used in protection systems. It allows to control the RMS value of sinewave of voltage with a frequency of 50 Hz. Measured voltage is controlled if its value is within set two threshold values. The proper voltage value is determined by the threshold values “low” (U1) and “high” (U2). Digital design of relay provides high accuracy, stability and dependability.

If the measured voltage value (U) drops below the “low” threshold value (U<U1), the relay picks-up K1 output (undervoltage status) and than, after set time delay, closes K2 output; if the measured value is between the “low” and “high” threshold values (U1<U<U2) the outputs K1, K2, K3 are inactive (“window” status); if the measured value rises above the “high” threshold value (U>U2), the relay picks-up K3 output (overvoltage status) and than, after set time delay, closes K2 output. Activation of time-delayed output (K2) can be blocked by energising the blocking input (Ubl)
