RET-425 relay controls the RMS value of input voltage and compares it with setting value. The operation mode depands on type of relay. In overvoltage type (RET-425N), when RMS value of measured voltage exceeds the setting value, pick-up signal is generated and after set time-delay, trip contact closes. The undervoltage type (RET-435P) generates pick-up and trip when measured value drops below setting value.
